  We had another GI appointment today. Finlay went in for an Upper GI study to see if there might be a medical reason behind all his vomiting. He's been vomiting 3 times a day now since the 16th of August. We've switched antacids twice but with no relief...personally I think that the antacid is making the vomiting worse.
  
  Surprisingly he's continued to gain weight. Our target was to get him on the growth chart for weight by Sept 26th which would put him at 9.5 kgs, but we may even surpass this, as he's now 9.23kgs and the appointment is still almost 4 weeks away. Now if I could just figure out what is making him puke so much...it's soooo frustrating!
  
  Finlay and Moby and I went up to the cottage again this past week, probably for the last time this year. Mac has been working crazy hours, so I thought we'd skip town so that he wouldn't feel so guilty being at work so much. Mac's work is going to be crazy till the middle of October, and then he will hopefully take a little time off to relax.
  
  Finlay hasn't been doing too much new lately. I'm really working him hard at trying to crawl and he loves holding onto my hands to walk. My gut tells me that it will be a long time yet before he will be able to walk. Right now my guess is around 29 months. Not sure why, but that time seems to stick out for me. I'm still worried that he might not ever walk, but the more I see him trying, the more I hope that he will get there some day.

  We are heading off to the cottage tomorrow!Yippee!
  Mac is coming with us and will be there till the 14th. Finlay and I may stay until the 19th if there is room for us to stay, otherwise we will come back with Mac. I'll update when we get back.
